Serving Northeast Indiana and the surrounding region, MK General Contracting combines proven construction capabilities with firsthand electrical utility experience. Owner Michael Klopfenstein is a Journeyman Lineman with more than 15 years of experience in the construction and utility industries, bringing practical field knowledge to the utility, substation, and commercial projects we undertake.
That experience gives our team a firsthand understanding of the safety requirements, coordination, schedules, and demanding jobsite conditions involved in electrical infrastructure projects. From civil construction and structural concrete to site development and specialized utility work, we understand not only how to build the project, but the environment in which that work must be performed.
